Round 4

I had my 3rd IUI today. The procedure was pretty painless and very mild cramping. They did found some problems with the specimen and are now concerned about that. We discussed a few things and they'll probably do an analysis in the next few weeks to find out if it was a fluke or something new we have to tackle. The last 3 months were fine, so I think it was a fluke. If it doesn't work this time, we're taking a month off; we'll be in Utah for next months cycle anyway. I also think it will be a good break; this process is VERY stressful.

I discussed what our options are moving forward and the Dr. and she said we'll probably move to injectables. If the analysis comes back with bad news, then the only option would be IVF. That's what we don't want! Let's just pray everything works out this month.

As I promised, here are some pictures of the fence work. It looks soooo much better!!!

What's new

After 4 1/2 years at Lead Dogs, Chris has finally put in his notice and is officially working for Dad. We're both very excited at this new opportunity and he's feeling a new sense of motivation.

We also spent the weekend replacing our fence. It was the original fence from 25 years ago, so everything including the posts had to be replaced. We're still not done; the weather has not been cooperating. Hopefully we can get all the fence boards up in the next few days. I forgot how fun it can be to put a fence up! I'll post pictures soon.

Some old story, different day

Well, it looks as though we're still not pregnant. =(
The Dr. made me get lab work done today just to be sure, but I'm sure 2 home pregnancy tests don't lie. They'll call me with results tomorrow and if it's negative then we start the whole process all over again. I'm so annoyed with this whole thing.

Go Spurs

Last night me and Chris and our friend Jason went to the Spurs game. We had a great time, especially because we won! We even got to see Coach Pop get so upset that he charged the ref and got thrown out of the game. We hope to go back soon and see them win again. GO SPURS!!!

SNOW!!

Chris and I made a quick trip to Dallas and back last night and much to our surprise, we got snow! As soon as we hit Dallas the rain turned to snow and the further north we went the bigger the flakes got. By the time we got to Lewisville, it was already sticking to the ground. I made Chris pull over so I get play for a few minutes and take some pictures with my phone. It was so nice to see snow again!!
