Fitness = Death
We decided it was time for us to stop being lazy and get back into shape. We bought P90X from an infomercial 8 months ago and never completed it. We reached phase 2, but then life got in the way and we stopped. We saw great results and really like the program. So Chris, Jason and I decided to start again.
Today is day 3 and I'm really sore from day 1 and 2. Last night was plyometrics and tonight is biceps and something else I can't remember. It's really hard to be excited about doing these work outs, but it sure feels good when we're done. I'll try to update on the progress we're making.
If anyone is interested here's the link:

Boon
This is my first time ever doing a blog, so I hope I will remember to write in it and I'll try to keep it interesting.
Where to start..........
We've been married for 6 years now. We bought our house 2 years ago and it seems to be a never ending project. We live 2 blocks from my parents and love it. We still don't have any kids; just our dogs and cat.
We both love to play sports (especially volleyball and basketball and recently picked up tennis), the outdoors, video games (especially Halo 3), animals, The Lord of the Rings, Stargate SG1, Chris loves our GTO and any other fast cars, fitness and working out and being around our friends and family.
We're both really competitive and find it best that we play on the same team when ever possible. :)
I recently changed jobs after 4 years and now work in the health care industry. I work for a 6 doctor pediatric orthopedic practice and really like what i do. Chris is hoping to go work for my Dad soon and get Gases 101 going.
