Have you ever had one of those days when you feel like no matter what you do or how hard you try you'll never get what you want? Have you ever felt like you wanted something so bad that you put your whole heart and sole into it, but you still can't have it? Have you ever just sat and cried because you're so frustrated with how your life is playing out? Have you ever wondered if God is just testing you but you feel like you're failing miserably? Have you ever just felt like giving up?

I don't get God's timeline for things in life, its the hardest thing to comprehend. Truely. I'm so sorry Becky your going through this and your really in my prayers and thought!
Hey Beck-I can't even start to imagine how this really feels for you two. Like Angie said, I don't understand God's timeline for things either. He does have a plan for all of us. I'm really, really sorry you're having to deal with all this. I love you both so much! I'm always here, and I'm always thinking of you and praying for you guys. I know that's not always what you want to hear. If I could do anything to help with this I would. My offer still stands from what I told you before. I'd do that in a heart beat for you!
I have never gone through what you are and may not be able to know the depth of your pain, so the only thing I know to do is to try to empathize. When I even begin to feel they way you have described, often it is hard for people to make me feel better with their words, but I know that having them try still means the world to me and so I am hoping that you feel the same.
Words often don't make me feel better but usually music does.
There is a song that I have have sung in my head so often I know it by heart. It is titled "Be Still" and is done by Hillary Weeks and is a similation of a woman's conversation to God in her darkest hour. Her Cry:
"Another Day, I'll try again. But can you tell me will the hurting ever end? I've been taught, and I believe, but it's been awhile since I've been on my knees. But I need You by my side. I don't have the strength to make it on my own. And Lord do You hear my prayer? How soon will You answer me?"
His response:
"I know your weary, I know you've had all you can bear, and now you ask of me on bended knee, I promise I'll be there. I've watched you struggle and yet I can see how much you've grown. Child could you feel my power in your darkest hour you were not alone. Be still and know that I am God. I'm by your side, whom shall you fear? I'll give you strength. My child, I am here! Be still and know that I am God and there's no prayer that I don't hear. Lift up your head my child. I Am Here."
I konw it is not the same without the music but I know the words to that song have given me comfort through many a trial and test.
You are truly someone that I admire and my heart hurts for you and the words that you expressed.
I wish there was something I could do to help you, but since I don't know what else, I will pray.
Love you,
Robyn
